MAG box
A MAG box signs in through a portal address instead of a username and password, so IPTV Shqip support sets the portal up for your box.
Hapat
- Connect the box to your TV and to the internet, switch it on and wait for the main menu.
- Open the box's settings, find the device information and note the MAC address it shows.
- Send the MAC address and your order number to IPTV Shqip support, through the contact page or at [email protected]. Support replies with the portal address for your box.
- On the box, open Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals.
- In Portal 1 name, type any name. In Portal 1 URL, type the portal address exactly as support sent it.
- If the box also asks for a username and password, type the ones from your login details.
- Save with OK, then restart the box.
- After the restart the channel list loads. The first load can take a few minutes.
